mastechnics respects your privacy. On this page you can read what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
Who are we?
mastechnics is a technical service company based in Belgium, active in heating, air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation, water softeners and refrigeration. Contact person and data processing controller: Martin — martin@mastechnics.be.
What data do we collect?
Through the request form we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number, address if provided, description of the problem or project, technical information about the installation (appliance type, brand, model), and photos or attachments you upload yourself.
Why do we collect this data?
The data is used exclusively to correctly process your request, prepare an estimate or quote, and contact you about the follow-up of your request.
Photos and attachments
Files you upload (photos, PDF documents) are stored securely on our server. They are only used to better understand the technical situation and are not shared with third parties. Allowed formats: jpg, png, webp, pdf. Maximum size: 5 MB per file.
Email communication
After submitting your request you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Further communication takes place directly by email or phone from mastechnics. We do not send commercial newsletters unless you have separately consented.
Access to your data
Only the mastechnics administrator has access to submitted requests. No access is granted to external parties.
Cookies and sessions
We use only technical session cookies that are necessary for the operation of the form (e.g. CSRF protection). No tracking or analytical cookies are used.
Analytics and tracking
We currently do not use any analytics or tracking software (such as Google Analytics). No data is shared with advertising networks.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary to follow up on your request and for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is legally required. This is a guideline; the definitive retention period will be determined in consultation with a legal adviser.
Your rights
In accordance with GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. You can also object to processing. Send an email to martin@mastechnics.be.
